In PaleMoon, via Tools > Options > Content > Colors, for "background", I choose one the the greys and unchecked "Allow pages to choose their own colors instead of my selections above", click "OK" out and the background immediately changed to the grey I'd chosen. I need to move my Thunderbird portable profile to a new Thunderbird installed version.
